Jaime has multiple years of therapy experience in her career and has specialized in the past working with at risk families and has also worked extensively with teen girls. In addition, Jaime has specific training in working with children and teens on the autism spectrum.

She loves the ability to work with different populations and enjoys building relationships with the families she gets to work with. Jaime believes that the involvement of the entire family in a client’s treatment greatly increases the client’s ability to be successful outside of session.

Jaime’s goal in providing therapy for her clients is to promote their own self care. She states that therapy itself is self care, taking care of your whole self - mind, body and soul. Jaime loves helping others become their best version of themselves. Her clients describe Jaime as nurturing, positive, and compassionate.

Her hobbies include shopping, fitness, and spending time with family and friends.
