About Us

Our practice was born in 2017, after much prompting from the Lord leading to its beginnings.

In 2020 Kelly Colon joined Joy Fruchey, who was the solo previous therapist at the practice. Jaime Fogarty was added in 2021 and Savannah Crouch in 2022. Rachael Krischer joined us as a therapist in 2024, and Kristen Rhoades as an office manager in 2025.

This year, we became known as Joy D Fruchey and Associates, LLC. We have opened additional offices in two locations since the beginning of our work, and have served hundreds of clients in the Northwest Ohio area in the past 6 years.

Our practice serves children, adults, teens, couples and families. We also offer secure and HIPAA compliant telehealth sessions.

We get to truly work with amazing people who are going through difficult times and help them to find wellness of mind, body, and spirit. Our practice began as a leading from God to work with the people we serve and to help them find and fulfill their own calling to wellness.

Each step of the way, with prayer and intentional response and decision making, God has led us to where we are today as a practice. Whenever a big decision or even a small one needs to be made, there is first prayer then waiting for the Lord to reveal the direction.

We like to think that we work for God, doing His work here helping His people. This is not a conventional way of doing business, but with prayer and intention, we have grown a strong practice of solid professionals who not only are good at their jobs, but also deeply care about the people we serve.

We are licensed and experienced therapists who truly do what we love and love who we serve. Each of the therapists brings their own skill set and unique gifts to the people we work with. We offer school based therapy, office based therapy, and telehealth. We work with children, teens, adults, couples, and also do family sessions.
